Pamela is responsible for the development of the global PSBH^® program specifically designed for nurses, Problem Solving for Better Health – Nursing™ (PSBHN™). She works closely with the National Coordinators and the International Nursing Consultants to plan and implement PSBHN™ workshops for nurses.

International Nursing Program Consultant

Shelagh has been facilitating international PSBH workshops with DHF since 1996. Her work with DHF as an International Nursing Consultant has been instrumental in the development of the PSBHN program as its own separate entity.

Dame Sheila Quinn, DBE, Hon DSc, BSc (Econ), RGN, RM, RNT
International Nursing Program Consultant

Dame Sheila is a consultant to DHF and has facilitated internationally at PSBH workshops since 1995. She works closely with the Director of DHF and the International Nursing Program Coordinator to shape and develop the global PSBHN program.

Joyce J. Fitzpatrick, PhD, MBA, RN, FAAN
International Nursing Program Consultant

Joyce works with Pamela Hoyt to expand the global PSBHN program. She helps to identify and develop new partnerships, and she works with the other International Nursing Consultants to plan and implement PSBHN workshops for nurses. She also assists Pamela in the overall evaluation of PSBHN.
