What We Do DHF unlocks the potential of individuals, irrespective of their economic, social, or political status, to create change in their communities. The change begins at a training workshop, where participants are taken through a step-by-step process that motivates them to tackle various health and social issues. This process is DHF’s methodology, Problem Solving for Better Health. Using this methodology, participants have generated better-health projects focusing on topics such as improving water supply, preventing malaria, increasing HIV/AIDS awareness, educating people about communicable diseases, among others.
