Mission Statement
The Dreyfus Health Foundation, founded in 1988, is a not-for-profit organization that serves as a catalyst for better health worldwide by transforming individuals and communities through a problem-solving process that empowers them to change themselves and their environments for the better. DHF makes a long-term commitment to helping people help themselves by reinforcing its ongoing programs and encouraging the use of available resources in project implementation and replication. The Foundation works to improve quality of life globally by fostering creative problem-solving and project sustainability at the local and national levels and by promoting cooperation and interaction between participating countries.
